Our Service

What we do

We can offer help to young people under 19 who live in Norfolk and are struggling with substances that either they are using or have a family member who is using.

We do this in a variety of ways to make sure you get the best support possible. This can be:

Providing regular support, information, and safety advice.

Talking to your family/guardians. It can be difficult to explain things sometimes which is where we can help.

Being flexible with how we contact you. This can be via phone calls, texts or emails.

Finding other services that could help if you want us to.

Setting up counselling and 1 to 1 support.

Meeting face to face where you feel safe and comfortable, at a place of your choice.

Our Approach

We believe that every young person has a right to be heard and to have access to accurate information so they can make informed choices. We recognise that it can be a big step getting support which is why we want to give you options in terms of how you communicate with us.

We have lots of experience of working with young people and families and from that we do our upmost to empathise and understand young people’s positions. However, we need the young people themselves to tell us what they need so we can find the best way to support them.
